JLD7100 (DC 12V) PID Temperature Controller

I do not understand the pin assignment on this temperature controller on pin 6 to 8.

  1. This controller can work with a lot of different
    temperature sensors that are working completely
    different.

    There are Theromoelements that deliver/produce
    a voltage, these are connected to 6 and 7

    and there are thermoresistors like a PT100,
    which have a variable resistance depending on the temperature, so there must be a constant
    current to supply them.
    I think pin8 is the output for this current
    to supply thermoresistors.
    this reqires thermoresistors to be connected
    to 6 and 8.

  5. The guys from JLD should improve their
    wiring diagrams a little bit.....
    The connection between 6 and 7 is not easy
    to see on the picture....
    ok, now it is clear, as this are two pics
    for the two main types of sensors.
    I didnt see it in this way. Hmmmm......
